Services Provided: Individual Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents

Process for obtaining care:


1.  Determining whether I am the right therapist for you? Choosing a therapist is a very important and personal decision. It is important that you feel that I am a good fit for you. I will complete a brief phone consultation to discuss what you are looking for regarding treatment. I will also ask you some questions to best determine if I am the best therapist for your needs.


2. If  we determine that I could be the right therapist for you, the next step is to schedule an initial intake with me at my office. An intake appointment is typically about sixty to ninety minutes long. The purpose of the intake is for you to tell me more about what is bringing you in for therapy, your background, and your treatment goals. Sometimes this process takes more than one session.


3.  After the initial intake, if we both determine that I am a good therapy match for your presenting concerns and if you decide you would like to engage in therapy with me, we will create a treatment plan together. This plan will identify your goals and outcomes in therapy.
